HYPOTHESIS

In order to validate our business model, we have defined different hypothesis about the different components.

 

We have selected the components in the business model that present a HIGHER RISK, analyzed considering:

  • the probability the hypothesis turns to be invalid

  • the impact on the business model if the hypothesis turns to be invalid.

 

For this purpose, prioritizing by risk, we have decided to test our hypothesis about:

  • customer segments

  • value proposition

  • distribution channels

  • revenue streams

 

 

Of each one of these, we have defined our hypothesis, the methods used to test it and the confidence level that allows to validate it.
