In order to validate our business model, we have defined different hypothesis about the different components.
We have selected the components in the business model that present a HIGHER RISK, analyzed considering:

the probability the hypothesis turns to be invalid

the impact on the business model if the hypothesis turns to be invalid.
For this purpose, prioritizing by risk, we have decided to test our hypothesis about:

customer segments
-
value proposition
-
distribution channels
-
revenue streams
Of each one of these, we have defined our hypothesis, the methods used to test it and the confidence level that allows to validate it.
