We have prepared two different interview scripts in order to test our hypothesis about the customer segments,

identified in:

- ENVIRONMENTALLY CONSCIOUS CUSTOMERS

DEMOGRAPHIC INFORMATION

  • Sample Size: 10 

  • Range of Age: 22-57 years

  • Profession: Students and workers

GENERAL INFORMATION

All of the interviewees use electronical devices on a regular basis. 70% of them have a regular income, while the rest gets financial support from family. 

 

All interviewees stated that the described scenario´s resonate with them and that they have identified with the described situations. Everyone agreed that the current solution is not satisfying.

Our interview revealed that all described scenarios seem to be important for our customer and they can ideentify with all of them. For the organized customer having an app for their expense overview is most important, closely followed by the facilitation of their tax declaration. 

In hindsight, environmentally conscious customers care most about reaching awareness for the current waste production problem and an app which help them with their personal waste production.

In conclusion,we see that we have the fingers on the pulse of the time with our app "GreenTrackers" and are targeting the right customer segments.
