BUSINESS MODEL 1.0
Our first version of the Business Model has been changed during the weeks, as we had more informations and more insights about its different components. In particular:
- Tech-savvy customers have been eliminated from our final version because we realized that is not a separated segment for us to serve with our offer and solve a problem but it's only something that characterize our segments;
- in Revenue streams we have decided to change our Freemium strategy, deciding to offer different features for free and in the premium version with respect to the ones that we have tought at the beginning;
- Network has been moved from key resources to key activities because it's not an asset that we already own but it's something that we should build to allow our business model work.
