ONE BUSINESS PROCESS

As our 'One Business Process' we have chosen the initial introduction of our system to retails all around. As the usability of our App increases by the number of retailers that have the system implemented and hence, offer the service of a digital-receipt-transfer to our customers, we consider it to be one of the most important and crucial steps throughout our business development process. We will start off by convincing retailers of the convenience and cost-saving attributes of the system and the additional benefit of gaining an overall positive and environmentally concerned reputation, which can only serve the supermarkets and other shops well. 

Furthermore, we will try to further collaborate with our partners and introduce the idea of voucher-generation granted to especially loyal customers - to show our appreciation to allegiant customers and increase the attractivity of system-implementation to the retailers. 

Considering the fact that our system increases in convenience and attractivity with each retailer offering the system, we are aiming to achieve a gradual but quick implementation throughout a number of shops. This will help us to trigger a dependency on the system/app and hopefully attract a large base of customers' deciding to pay for the Freemium-Version.
